Mental Health Training

Approximately 1 in 4 individuals experience a diagnosable mental health difficulty each year, with rates of mental health problems among young people having risen over the past fifty years. Among teenagers, rates of anxiety and depression have increased by 70% in the past 25 years and the incidence of reported self-harm has also risen significantly to 1 in 15.

Good mental health is the foundation of young people's emotional and intellectual growth, underpinning the development of confidence, independence and a sense of self-worth. Young people who are mentally healthy have the ability to develop psychologically and intellectually, form and maintain relationships and make a successful transition to adulthood.

Our Mental Health Workshops offer sessions for students, teachers, student services, welfare or accommodation managers, providing tools, resources and strategies to enable support, signposting and positive mental health within the education sector.

Our innovative mental health programmes boost the wellbeing of students and teachers, creating an environment to boost healthy learning and development. All of our workshops, resources and products are informative, engaging and accessible and can be bespoke to your specific requirements.
