'I attended the half day Mental Health Awareness programme virtually during lockdown last week. The timing couldn’t have been more perfect whilst we try to stay mentally fit and survive all the challenges that Covid 19 has thrown upon us. My trainer Jess Woolley was phenomenal, her experience as a Clinical psychologist, her compassion and calming nature were all great foundations to gaining huge value from this session. There has never been a more important time to support MHFA England to try and help people stay connected and manage their mental wellbeing. This course is a first step to enable you to help yourself and others. I would wholeheartedly recommend it.'
‘It is rare to be engaged over two full days of training, however the structure and delivery of the Mental Health Course was outstanding and both facilitators were very knowledgable, professional and very warm’.
'Thank you for a wonderfully designed and delivered course. I really appreciated your sensitivity towards the group and subject. Attending the course vastly improved my own wellbeing quickly’.
