We all need resilience to lead a fulfilling life, with resilience defined as the ability to ‘bounce back’ from adversity. Resilient people are self-aware, optimistic, adaptable, and able to perform consistently. They are able to build effective coping strategies, relationships and networks that enable them to amplify their productivity. Every person is resilient to some extent. However, we can learn to increase our resilience, with patterns of resilient thinking and behaviours targeted in our evidence-based workshops.
